Xuzhou Coal Mining Group built the largest underground coal mine in Xinjiang

According to Xuzhou Coal Mining Group, National Development and Reform Commission has approved the increased production capacity of 3.5 million tons/year of Ohobrak Coal Mine, which belongs to Xuzhou Ming Group's Tianshan Mining Company. Its production capacity has been expanded from 4 million tons/year to 7.5 million tons/year, making it the largest underground coal mine in Xinjiang.
 
Ohobrak Coal Mine of Tianshan Mining Company is a large modern mine that Xuzhou Coal Mining Group started its construction in Kuche County of Xinjiang in 2002 in response to the country's western development strategy.
 
This year, it took the lead in building the first national-level coal mine with standardized production safety in Xinjiang. The total pre-tax profits were nearly 1.1 billion yuan in the first eleven months of 2018, up 56% year on year. And it was the important energy-ensuring and energy-supporting force for the social stability and economic development in Xinjiang.
