Terms of Use

1. Use of CCTDCOAL.com information
 
Authorized Users mentioned hereinafter refer to employees of the Subscriber.
 
The Subscriber shall:
 
1. Not make the CCTDCOAL.com information available to anyone other than another Authorized User, whether by telephone link or by permitting access through his or her terminal or computer; or by other similar or dissimilar means or arrangements.
 
2. Not utilize the database for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to the sale of materials, fee-for-service use of the database, or bulk reproduction or distribution of materials in any form.
 
2. Access &Terms
 
The subscription will remain in effect thereafter for successive years so long as annual subscription fee is paid. Either party may terminate this agreement, effective on the next renewal date, by at least 30 days written notice to the other party. Subscription renewals must be paid on or before the renewal date or the subscription will be cancelled.
 
Some areas of the CCTDCOAL.com will only be available to subscribers and to potential subscribers on a trial basis at our discretion; and access will only be possible with access details. We may, at any time, vary the access rights of users who do not access the CCTDCOAL.com pursuant to a paid for Subscription.
Your access details are confidential to you, and you must not disclose them to or share them with anyone else. CCTDCOAL.com does not allow multiple users (networked or otherwise) to access the CCTDCOAL.com through a single name and password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware that any access details have become known to, or used by, any person other than you.
You may use the CCTDCOAL.com only for lawful business purposes. You may NOT:
1. Use the CCTDCOAL.com in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
2. Engage in any behavior that is or is likely to be perceived as defamatory, threatening, abusive, misleading, offensive or otherwise inappropriate or could cause damage to our reputation or that of any third party;
3.Copy, store, adapt, modify, work-around, by-pass, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, otherwise tamper with or prepare derivative works based upon any software used in the delivery or making available of an Argus Content Platform, or otherwise exploit all or a portion of the underlying data, systems or software;


3. Copyright
 
The CCTDCOAL.com and its contents are governed under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The subscriber is allowed “fair use” of all the information for non-commercial purposes by authorized users.
 
The subscriber acknowledges that it has no claim to ownership by reason of its use of or access to the CCTDCOAL.com. Recompiling, copying, publication or republication of data beyond "fair use," in any form or medium whatsoever, may be done only with specific written permission from the CCTDCOAL.com.
 
You agree that we (and our licensors and other third parties) own all copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the CCTDCOAL.com. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
