Notice on Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of High-risk Coal Mines

According to China Energy News, National Coal Mine Safety Administration has issued a notice on the "Guiding Opinions on Safety Physical Examination of High-risk Coal Mine ".
 
The notice pointed out that it was necessary to profoundly learn the lessons of recent coal mine accidents, carrying out safety "physical examination" of high-risk coal mines one by one, systematically screening out disaster-causing factors and major safety risks, rectifying and eliminating major hidden dangers, and severely punish illegal and irregular behaviors.
 
According to the notice, safety" Physical Examination" targets included six types of mines: coal mines under normal production and construction and with gas outburst, coal mines with high impact pressure, coal mines with high gas content, coal mines with complex and extremely complex hydrogeological types, coal mines with deep mining depth, and coal mines with large number quantities of people getting into the mine per shift .
 
The notice clearly stated that the work of safety “Physical Examination" was under the leadership of the provincial safety committees, and led by the provincial Coal Mine Safety Administration, with the participation of provincial coal mine safety supervision departments. Safety “Physical Examination" began from the beginning of this month until the end of June 2019.
