Shanxi's daily power generation reached 1.001 billion KWH

According to Xinhuanet, due to the large-scale cold wave weather in North China recently, the load of Shanxi’s power grid continued to rise, and the province's power generation and power consumption load both reached a new record high.
 
According to the data of the Shanxi Electric Power Company of State Grid, Shanxi Province's daily power generation exceeded 1 billion kWh for the first time on December 10, reaching 1.001 billion KWH, up 170 million KWH compared with that of the same period of 2017. Shanxi province's electricity load has continued to grow for five consecutive days since December 4th, reaching a maximum of 31.85 million kilowatts record high.
 
In response to the current power supply and demand situation, Shanxi Electric Power Company strengthens the load forecasting of provincial network and the balance forecasting of electricity and coal quantity so as to ensure the sufficient supply of thermal coal.
