Shanxi Leads China with 652 Million Tons of Coal Output in H1

Currently, Shanxi has 887 coal mines, with around 230,000 coal industry workers working on the front lines every day. Approximately 2 million tons of coal are steadily transported across the country each day.

Data from the Shanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics also show that in June alone, raw coal output reached 113.685 million tons, and cumulative output in the first six months increased 10.1% year-on-year.
