First Long-Term Contract Mongolian Coal Cleared by China Energy Group

On June 25, the first train jointly operated by China Energy Group’s E-commerce Company and Mongolian Railway State-Owned Shareholding Company departed from the Tavan Tolgoi station.
The train, consisting of 52 cars carrying 104 containers and totaling 3,328 tons of Mongolian coal, successfully cleared customs and entered China via a combined rail-road intermodal transport route, arriving at the Chiheng Supervision Zone at the Ganqimaodu border port.
This marks a significant step forward in the trilateral China-Mongolia energy cooperation project that integrates cross-border rail transport, coal trade, and coal mine capacity expansion.The long-term coal supply contract has officially entered the implementation stage.
