Thermal coal prices in China continued to edge down in mid-March: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics，thermal coal prices continued to edge down in mid-March. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed latedle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 1670.8 Yuan/mt, down 34.2 Yuan/ton or 2.0% compared with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 830.0 Yuan/mt, down 20.7 Yuan/ton or 2.4% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 957.1 Yuan/mt, down 8.6 Yuan/ton or 0.9% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 1127.1 Yuan/ mt, down 8.6 Yuan/ton or 0.6% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 1188.1 Yuan/mt, down 9.2 Yuan/ton or 0.8% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 23450.0 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The above data shows that in mid-March, , coking coal prices were flat, thermal coal prices and anthracite prices continued to edge down.
