Thermal coal prices in China continued to edge down in mid-February: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics，all coal prices edged down in mid-February. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed latedle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 1789.2 Yuan/mt, down 170.8 Yuan/ton or 8.7% compared with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 724.3 Yuan/mt, down 152 Yuan/ton or 17.3% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 824.3 Yuan/mt, down 158.2 Yuan/ton or 16.1% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 1018.6 Yuan/ mt, down 126.4 Yuan/ton or 11% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 1073.9 Yuan/mt, down 133.0 Yuan/ton or 11% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 2350.0 Yuan/mt, down 50 Yuan/ton or 2.1% compared with last issue.
The above data shows that in mid-February, anthracite, coking coal and thermal coal prices continued to edge down.
