Thermal coal prices in China continued to edge down in early-January: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics，coal prices were mixed, and thermal coal prices in China continued to edge down in early-January. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed latedle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 2115.0 Yuan/mt, up 42.9 Yuan/ton or 1.6% compared with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 925.0 Yuan/mt, down 13.6 Yuan/ton or 0.8% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 1045.0 Yuan/mt, down 25.0 Yuan/ton or 1.7% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 1202.5 Yuan/ mt, down 58.9 Yuan/ton or 4.6% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 1267.8 Yuan/mt, down 62.2 Yuan/ton or 4.6% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 2490.8 Yuan/mt, up 12.9 Yuan/ton or 0.5% compared with last issue.
The above data shows that in early-January, anthracite prices and coking coal prices continued to edge up, thermal coal prices continued to edge down.
