Coal prices in China edged up in mid-August: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics，coal prices in China edged up in mid-August. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed middle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 1577.1 Yuan/mt, up 110.3 Yuan/ton or 7.5% compared with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 908.3 Yuan/mt, up 8.3 Yuan/ton or 0.9% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 1013.3 Yuan/mt, up 13.3 Yuan/ton or 1.3% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 1148.3 Yuan/ mt, up 0.8 Yuan/ton or 0.1% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 1233.3 Yuan/mt, up 0.8 Yuan/ton or 0.1% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 2082.1 Yuan/mt, up 72.7 Yuan/ton or 3.6% compared with last issue.
The above data shows that in mid-August, anthracite prices and coking coal prices edged up significantly, , and thermal coal prices edged up slightly.
