Thermal coal prices in China rose again in early-May: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics，most coal prices in China edged up in early-May. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed middle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 1682.0 Yuan/mt, up 24.9 Yuan/ton or 1.5% compared with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 916.0 Yuan/mt, up 76.0 Yuan/ton or 9.0% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 1046.0 Yuan/mt, up 76.0 Yuan/ton or 7.8% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 1202.0 Yuan/ mt, up 33.4 Yuan/ton or 2.9% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 1282.0 Yuan/mt, up 42.0 Yuan/ton or 3.4% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 3193.0 Yuan/mt, down 17.0 Yuan/ton or 0.5% compared with last issue.
The above data shows that in early-May, anthracite and thermal coal prices rose again, but coking coal prices began to edge down .
