China's raw coal output rose 10.7% year on year in April

According to the latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics, in April 2022, China's raw coal output reached 362.8 million tons, up 10.7% year on year but down 8.3% month on month. Coke output was 40.01 million tons, up 1.1% year on year and but 0.4% month on month
In April, the average daily output of raw coal was 12.09 million tons, down 5.3% from the previous month. The average daily output of coke was 1.33 million tons, up 2.9% from the previous month.
From January to April in 2022, China's total raw coal output reached 1.45 billion tons, up 10.5 percent year on year. Coke output was 155.15 million tons, down 2.7 percent year on year.
