Thermal coal prices in China continued to edge down in late-April: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics，most coal prices in China edged down in late-April. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed middle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 1657.1 Yuan/mt, down 17.9 Yuan/ton or 1.1% compared with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 840.0 Yuan/mt, down 7.5 Yuan/ton or 0.9% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 970.0 Yuan/mt, down 11.3 Yuan/ton or 1.2% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 1168.6 Yuan/ mt, down 13.3 Yuan/ton or 1.1% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 1240.0 Yuan/mt, down 20.0 Yuan/ton or 1.6% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 3210.0 Yuan/mt, up 58.7 Yuan/ton or 1.9% compared with last issue.
The above data shows that in late-April, anthracite price began to edge down , thermal coal prices continued to edge down but the decline degree has narrowed, and coking coal prices continued to edge up .
