Coal prices in China edged up in late-January: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statisticsall coal prices in China edged up in late-January. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed middle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 1971.7 Yuan/mt, up 6.7 Yuan/ton or 0.3% compared with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 803.3 Yuan/mt, up 102 Yuan/ton or 14.5% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 945.0 Yuan/mt, up 111.2 Yuan/ton or 13.3% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 1043.3 Yuan/ mt, up 105.2 Yuan/ton or 11.2% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 1120 Yuan/mt, up 110.6 Yuan/ton or 11% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 2700 Yuan/mt, up 41.9 Yuan/ton or 1.6% compared with last issue.
The above data shows that in late-January, anthracite price began to edge up, thermal coal prices continued to edge up, and coking coal prices continued to edge up.
