Most coal prices in China edged up in mid-August: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics，coal prices in China were flat and edged up in mid-August. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed middle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 1540 Yuan/mt, up 18.7 Yuan/ton or 1.2% compared with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 775 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 865 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 945 Yuan/ mt, the same with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 970 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 3150 Yuan/mt, up 625 Yuan/ton or 24.8% compared with last issue.
The above data shows that in mid-August, anthracite price and coking coal price continued to edge up, thermal coal prices were flat.
