Thermal coal prices in China edged up significantly in early-April: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics，coal prices in China were mixed in early-April. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed middle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 916.7 Yuan/mt, down 33.3 Yuan/ton or 3.5% compared with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 567.5 Yuan/mt, up 41.9 Yuan/ton or 8% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 652.5 Yuan/mt, up 47.5 Yuan/ton or 7.9% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 739.2 Yuan/ mt, up 51.1 Yuan/ton or 7.4% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 764.2 Yuan/mt, up 51.1 Yuan/ton or 7.2% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 1440 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The above data shows that in early-April, the prices of coking coal continued to edge down, anthracite prices were falt, and the thermal coal prices continued to edge up significantly.
