Thermal coal prices in China edged down in mid-February: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on March 4th，Coal prices in China were flat and edged down in mid-February. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed middle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 950 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 461 Yuan/mt, down 31.5 Yuan/ton or 6.4% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 514.5 Yuan/mt, down 35.5 Yuan/ton or 6.5% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 585.5 Yuan/ mt, down 52 Yuan/ton or 8.2% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 619 Yuan/mt, down 48.5 Yuan/ton or 7.3% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 1540.0 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The above data shows that in mid-February, the prices of coking coal and anthracite were falt, and the thermal coal prices edged up continuously.
