Thermal coal prices in China edged down in late-January: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on February 4th，Coal prices in China were fixed in late-January. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed middle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 930 Yuan/mt, up 15 Yuan/ton or 1.6% compared with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 701.8 Yuan/mt, down 62 Yuan/ton or 8.1% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 784.4 Yuan/mt, down 55.4 Yuan/ton or 6.6% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 880.4 Yuan/ mt, down 3.4 Yuan/ton or 0.4% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 903.9 Yuan/mt, down 4.9 Yuan/ton or 0.5% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 1505.7 Yuan/mt, up 25.7 Yuan/ton or 1.7% compared with last issue.
The above data shows that in late-January, the prices of coking coal and anthracite edged up continuously, and the thermal coal prices began to edge down.
