In November, China's electricity consumption reached 646.7 billion kilowatt-hours, up 9.4 percent year on year. From January to November, the total electricity consumption of the whole society reached 6,677.2 billion KWH, up by 2.5% year on year. Electricity consumption of the secondary industry reached 4,503.3 billion KWH, up 2.1% year on year. Electricity consumption of the tertiary industry reached 1,092.7 billion KWH, up by 0.8% year-on-year; The electricity consumption of urban and rural residents reached 1003.4 billion kilowatt-hours, up by 6.0% year-on-year.
