According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on November 4th，China's coal prices were flat and edged down in late-October. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed middle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 900 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 477.8 Yuan/mt, down 11.8 Yuan/ton or 2.4% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 547.1 Yuan/mt, down 6.7 Yuan/ton or 1.2% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 602.1 Yuan/ mt, down 6.5 Yuan/ton or 1.1% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 633.3 Yuan/mt, down 5.8 Yuan/ton or 0.9% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 1270 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The above data shows that in late-October, thermal coal prices began to edge down; anthracite prices and coking coal prices remained falt.
