China's thermal coal prices continued to edge up in early-October: NBS

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on October 14thChina's coal prices were flat and edged up in early-October. Detailed prices changes are as follows:
The price of anthracite (washed middle-sized, Vdaf≤8%) was 900 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The price of common mixed coal (mixed by Shanxi pulverized coal and Shanxi lump coal, CV4500) was 487.5 Yuan/mt, up 14.6 Yuan/ton or 3.1% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi general mixed coal (CV5000) was 547.5 Yuan/mt, up 10 Yuan/ton or 1.9% compared with last issue.
The price of Shanxi premium mixed coal (CV5500) was 605.5 Yuan/ mt, up 6.3 Yuan/ton or 1.1% compared with last issue.
The price of Datong mixed coal (CV5800) was 634.5 Yuan/mt, up 5.9 Yuan/ton or 0.9% compared with last issue.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, S<1%) was 1270 Yuan/mt, the same with last issue.
The above data shows that in early-October, thermal coal prices continued to edge up; anthracite prices began to be flat; and coking coal prices were falt continuously.
