China exported 500,000 tons of coal in July 2020, down 24.9 percent year on year and up 127.27 percent month on month, according to data released by the General Administration of Customs.
Coal exports in July were $52.25 million, down 42.6 percent year on year and up 81.61 percent month-on-month. Based on the above calculation, the export unit price is US $104.50 / ton, down US $33.39 / ton year-on-year and US $26.27 / ton month-on-month.
From January to July 2020, China exported 2.23 million tons of coal, down 38.6 percent year-on-year. The cumulative export value was 30,707 thousand US dollars, down 49.3% year on year.
