Intl mining equipment exhibition to be held in Tai'an in September

The Fifth China (Mount Tai) International Mining Equipment and Technology Exhibition will be held in Tai'an, Shandong province from Aug 31 to September 2, local media reported.

The exhibition will focus on how the latest technologies are applied in mining equipment manufacturing and mining management fields, including recycling economy, energy conservation and emission reduction, and green and environmental protection.

The exhibition area is divided into two parts – outdoor and indoor. The indoor part involves high-tech application and promotion exhibition area, special mining equipment exhibition area and mining equipment standards exhibition area.

The outdoor part is mainly used for displaying physical products of large machinery and mining equipment, covering more than 1,000 varieties in nine categories. The proportion of intelligent products on display will reach 80 percent.

The exhibition is hosted by the China Coal Machinery Industry Association and supported by China Coal Industry Association.

Seminars and forums focusing on cutting-edging technology will also be held to invite famous mining management experts, technical experts, entrepreneurs and economists to explore development directions in mining industry.
