China's coal prices were stable and edged down slightly last week: MOC

According to Ministry of Commerce (MOC), China's coal prices were stable and edged down slightly last week (March 30th- April 5th). Among them, the prices of thermal coal were 568 Yuan/mt, down 0.7% from the previous week; the prices of anthracite (2#, lump coal) were 913 Yuan/mt, the same with the previous week; and the prices of coking coal were 739 Yuan/mt, the same with the previous week.
China's steel prices edged down slightly last week. Among them, the prices of high speed wire rod were 3,903 Yuan/mt, down 0.8% from the previous week; the prices of deformed steel bar were 3,785 Yuan/mt, down 0.9% from the previous week; the price of hot rolled strip were 3,913 Yuan/ton, down 0.7% from the previous week; and the prices of channel steel were 3,950 Yuan/mt, down 0.8% from the previous week.
