China's coal prices edged down slightly last week: MOC

According to Ministry of Commerce (MOC), China's coal prices edged down slightly last week (March 23th- March 29th). Among them, the prices of thermal coal were 572 Yuan/mt, down 0.7% from previous week; the prices of anthracite (2#, lump coal) were 913 Yuan/mt, down 0.9% from previous week; and the prices of coking coal were 739 Yuan/mt, down 0.7% from previous week.
China's steel prices edged down slightly last week. Among them, the prices of high speed wire rod were 3,935 Yuan/mt, down 0.4% from previous week; the prices of deformed steel bar were 3,820 Yuan/mt, down 0.7% from previous week; the price of hot rolled strip were 3,942 Yuan/ton, down 0.5% from previous week; and the prices of channel steel were 3,982 Yuan/mt, down 0.5% from previous week.
