China's coal prices edged down slightly last week: MOC

According to Ministry of Commerce (MOC), China's coal prices edged down slightly last week (March 16th- March 22th). Among them, the prices of thermal coal were 576 Yuan/mt, down 0.5% from previous week; the prices of anthracite were 921 Yuan/mt, down 0.4% from previous week; and the prices of coking coal were 744 Yuan/mt, down 0.3% from previous week.
China's steel prices edged up slightly last week. Among them, the prices of high speed wire rod were 3,949 Yuan/mt, up 0.4% from previous week; the prices of deformed steel bar were 3,846 Yuan/mt, up 0.3% from previous week; and the prices of channel steel were 4,000 Yuan/mt, up 0.1% from previous week.
