Shandong's raw coal output fell by 25.27% to 7.067 million tons in February

According to the latest dispatch data released by the Shandong Administration of Coal Mine Safety, coal mines in Shandong Province produced 7.067 million tons of raw coal in February, 2.71 million tons or 27.72% less than the 9.777 million tons in the previous month. This was 3.29 million tons or 25.27 percent lower than the 9.457 million tons in the same period.
From January to February in 2020, coal mines in Shandong Province produced 15.727 million tons of raw coal (dispatching amount), a year-on-year decrease of 3.82 million tons or 17.27%.
Of this, 12.679 million tons of raw coal was produced from provincial coal mines, down by 2.28 million tons. The output of raw coal from the county-level coal mines was 3.048 million tons, 188,000 tons less than that of the same period of last year.
