China's coal prices edged down slightly last week: MOC

According to Ministry of Commerce (MOC), China's coal prices edged down slightly last week (March 9th- March 15th). Among them, the prices of thermal coal were 579 Yuan/mt, down 0.3% from previous week; the prices of anthracite were 925 Yuan/mt, down 0.1% from previous week; and the prices of coking coal were 746 Yuan/mt, down 0.1% from previous week.
China's steel prices edged down slightly last week. Among them, the prices of high speed wire rod were 3,935 Yuan/mt, down 0.4% from previous week; the prices of deformed steel bar were 3,835 Yuan/mt, down 0.4% from previous week; the prices of hot rolled strip were 3,963 Yuan/mt, down 0.2% from previous week; and the prices of channel steel were 3,998 Yuan/mt, down 0.3% from previous week.
