In addition, transportation was limited, so the supply pressure of coal and electricity transportation in the whole province was greater. To this end, Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission mainly did to speed up the response to the epidemic work preparation, speeding up the enterprises to resume production, and speeding up the coal and electricity enterprises to sign long-term contracts.
In addition, the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the notice on ensuring the supply of coal, electricity, oil and gas transportation during the prevention and control of the epidemic in a timely manner, requiring the provincial coal enterprises to speed up the resumption of work and production of coal mines on the premise of ensuring safe production and prevention and control of the epidemic, so as to ensure the stable supply of coal in the province. Up to now, except for 6 under special circumstances, 97 coal mines in the province have reached stable production.
