China's coal prices edged down slightly last week: MOC

According to Ministry of Commerce (MOC), China's coal prices edged down slightly last week (March 2th- March 8th). Among them, the prices of thermal coal were 581 Yuan/mt, down 0.2% from previous week; the prices of anthracite were 926 Yuan/mt, down 0.2% from previous week; and the prices of coking coal were 747 Yuan/mt, up 0.1% from previous week.
China's steel prices edged down slightly last week. Among them, the prices of high speed wire rod were 3,952 Yuan/mt, down 0.9% from previous week; the prices of deformed steel bar were 3,852 Yuan/mt, down 0.7% from previous week; the prices of hot rolled strip were 3,970 Yuan/mt, down 0.4% from previous week; and the prices of channel steel were 4,010 Yuan/mt, down 0.3% from previous week.
