Handan will withdraw 4.07 million tons of coal capacity this year

Recently, Handan Municipal Development and Reform Commission released an announcement, in accordance with the overall plan of Hebei Province to cut coal production capacity, after study and decision, the coal industry in Handan City in 2020 plans to close 6 coal mines, with 4.07 million tons of backward production capacity. Of these, three coal mines with a capacity of 2.75 million tons were closed, and three coal mines with a capacity of 1.32 million tons were cut.
The three coal mines to be closed are: Fengfeng Company New 3 Mine of Jizhong Energy Co., Ltd. in Fengfeng Mining Area; Handan Mining Company Tao 2 Mine of Jizhong Energy Co., Ltd. in Fuxing District; Hezhuang Mining Company of Handan Mining Company of Jizhong Energy Co., Ltd. in Wu’an City.
The three coal mines planned to reduce their production capacity are: Handan Sunzhuang Mining Co., Ltd. in Fengfeng Mining Area, which will reduce its production capacity of 250,000 tons per year; Handan Niuerzhuang Mining Co., Ltd. in Fengfeng Mining Area, which will reduce its production capacity of 470,000 tons/year; Wannia Mine of Jizhong Energy Resources Co., Ltd. Fengfeng Group in Wu 'an City, which will reduce its production capacity of 600,000 tons/year.
