On March 9, according to a press, at present, the high-quality development of coal industry in Yunnan Province has achieved initial results. The coal industry has ended the situation of lingering at a low level for five consecutive years and achieved a substantial recovery growth in output. The investment in coal industry increased by 51.9% year on year. Small coal mines with annual output of 90,000 tons or less have been basically cleared, and no major accidents or above have occurred for 70 consecutive months.
