A teleconference was held on March 3 in Guiyang, capital of southwest China's Guizhou Province.
Chen Yiqin, Deputy Party Secretary and Governor of Guizhou, pointed out that gas is the first killer of coal mine safety in Guizhou. Across all departments, especially in the system of the province's coal to put the gas prevention and control as a key measure of this year's coal mine safety in production work. On the premise of ensuring the safety of epidemic prevention and control, they will resolutely implement all plans for the prevention and control of coal mine gas, accelerating the elimination of backward production capacity and the pace of transformation and upgrading in the coal sector, carrying out a comprehensive investigation and rectification of potential coal mine safety hazards, further strengthening weak spots and plug loopholes, and continuously improving the level of coal mine safety production in the province.
