Hebei Province issues regulations on coal mine management

In order to further standardize the supervision and law enforcement of coal mine safety in the whole province, the Hebei Provincial Department of Emergency Management and the Hebei Administration of Coal Mine Safety jointly issued the "management standards for supervision and law enforcement of coal mine safety in Hebei Province (trial)", emphasizing the implementation of key inspections on high-risk coal mines, at least once every six months; Random spot checks shall be conducted on other production and construction coal mines at least once a year. The management standards shall be implemented as of the date of issuance.
