Seven of the eight miners trapped in a coal and gas blast in southwest China's Guizhou Province Monday were confirmed dead, as rescuers retrieved the last body on Sunday.
Only one miner came out alive after the accident happened in the Sanjia coal mine in the city of Bijie.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
