Notice on the upcoming 2020 National Coal Trade Fair

Dear Sir or Madam,

In order to fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second, Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 19th Central Committee, further promoting the structural reform of the supply side, building a platform to connect production, transportation and demand, providing services for coal production, transportation and demand enterprises, promoting a strategic partnership of mutual benefit and win-win between coal enterprises and downstream industries, promoting the smooth operation of the coal market, building a modern coal economy system, and achieve high-quality development, we decide to hold the 2020 National Coal Trade Fair on December 4 to 6, 2019. And the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

2. Time and Place of the Conference

Conference Time: December 4 to 6, 2019, and December 3 is conference check-in time.

Report Site: Lobby of Jinjiang Hotel, Lanqiao, Rizhao, Shandong Province(Address: No. 191, Road 2, Shanhaitian Taigong Island, Rizhao, Shandong Province; Tel: 0633-2188888).

4. Theme of the Conference

"Win-win and high-quality development". We will implement the new development concept, upgrading the industry foundation ability and the modernization level of the industrial chain, focusing on the signing of medium - and long-term coal contracts in 2020 and the connection between coal production, transportation and demand, building a new coal trading platform that is innovative, efficient, mutually beneficial, open and shared, and promote the high-quality development of coal and related industries.
 
5. Content of the Conference
 
(1) Opening Ceremony

Leaders of relevant state departments, the People's Government of Shandong Province and Rizhao Municipal People's Government will give speeches at the fair. And domestic authoritative experts will make keynote reports.

(2) Summit Forum on Coal Production, Transportation, and Demand Synergy Development

Experts in the upstream and downstream industries of coal will be invited to give special speeches on mutual benefit and high-quality development.
(3) Entrepreneurs Forum

The trade fair will also invite some major leaders of large coal enterprises to have discussions and exchanges on the difficulties and key points of deepening supply-side structural reform and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.

(4) Special Activities

A series of special activities will be held, such as special activities on coal railway transportation, special activities on clean and efficient use of coal, special activities on coal financial services, special activities on coal's 14th Five-Year Plan, and special activities on main coal-producing areas and large coal enterprises, and etc.

(5) Exhibition Display

The fair will organize exhibitions and promotional activities for the governments of major coal-producing provinces (cities), coal-producing enterprises, coal consuming enterprises, and coal trading market.

6. Attendees

The fair will invite the person of relevant state departments, provincial coal industry management departments, coal-producing enterprises, coal-transporting enterprises (railways bureau and ports), coal sales enterprises and coal consuming enterprises, as well as related industry associations and financial institutions to attend the fair.

7. Other Matters

(1) The fair will create conditions and provide services for the independent transactions of enterprises. It won't interfere with the independent business activities of the enterprises. The conference materials fee will be properly charged at the fair, and meals and accommodation are not included.
(2) The fair will conscientiously implement the "Eight Items" of the central government and the provisions of clean and self-discipline, practice strict economy and combat waste.
(3) In order to make arrangements for the fair, attendees must send the receipt form (see the attachment) to China Coal Transportation and Distribution Association before November 22, 2019(Friday).
