Rizhao Port has been implementing a project aiming at improving the eco-environment of its coastline, under which the coal yard and work zone in Shijiu Port Area will be relocated to the area which is far away from urban areas. After the ecological rehabilitation and restoration, the coastlines is expected to naturally form a "blue belt" and be enjoyed by local residents and tourists.
