Notice on the upcoming 2019 Summer National Coal Trade Fair

Dear Sir or Madam,

In order to fully implement the spirit of the 19th Party Congress, further promote the structural reform of the supply side, build a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system, and promote the coordinated development of coal and related industries, we decide to hold the 2019 Summer National Coal Trade Fair on July 23 to 24, 2019. And the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Name of the Conference

2019 Summer National Coal Trade Fair.

2. Time and Place of the Conference

Conference Time: July 23 to 24, 2019, and July 22 is conference check-in time.

Report Site: Lobby of Jinjiang Hotel, Lanqiao, Rizhao, Shandong Province(Address: No. 191, Road 2, Shanhaitian Taigong Island, Rizhao, Shandong Province; Tel: 0633-2188888).

Conference Place: Shengshitang Hall, 1st Floor, Jinjiang Hotel, Lanqiao, Rizhao, Shandong Province

3. Organization of the Conference

Host:  China National Coal Association

Organizers: China Coal Transportation and Distribution Association, Rizhao Municipal People's Government

4. Theme of the Conference

Further promoting the structural reform of the supply side, promoting the coordinated development of upstream and downstream and the high-quality development of the coal industry.
 
5. Content of the Conference
 
(1) Opening Ceremony

Leaders of relevant state departments and Rizhao Municipal People's Government will address at the fair. And the leaders of the association will make a keynote report.

(2) Summit Forum and related release ceremony

Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and experts in the coal, electric power, steel, building materials and chemical industries will be invited to give keynote speeches on the economic performance and development trend of the industry. And some latest results will also be released.

(3) Entrepreneurs Forum

The trade fair will also invite some of the major leaders of domestic large-scale coal enterprises to give keynote speeches on the themes of improving the medium and long-term contract system for coal, guaranteeing coal supply and stabilizing the market, strengthening the construction of credit system, promoting enterprise business model innovation, and promoting high-quality development.

(4) Special Activities

A series of special activities will be held, such as forum on coal trading market and blockchain development, the appearance of function of newly added railway transportation capacity and new trends and new ideas, expectations of changes in high inventory of coke in port in 2019, Jincheng lump anthracite's promotional activities, and etc.

(5) Exhibition Display

The fair organizes exhibitions and promotional activities for the governments of major coal-producing provinces (cities), coal-producing enterprises, and coal consuming enterprises.

6. Attendees

The fair will invite the person of relevant state departments, provincial coal industry management departments, coal-producing enterprises, coal- transporting enterprises, coal sales enterprises and coal consuming enterprises, as well as related industry associations and financial institutions to attend the fair.

7. Other Matters

(1) The fair will create conditions and provide services for the independent transactions of enterprises. It won't interfere with the independent business activities of the enterprises. The conference materials fee will be properly charged at the fair, and meals and accommodation are not included.
(2) The fair will conscientiously implement the "Eight Items" of the central government and the provisions of clean and self-discipline, practice strict economy and combat waste.
(3) In order to make arrangements for the fair, attendees must send the receipt form (see the attachment) to the Economic Operation Department of China National Coal Association and China Coal Transportation and Distribution Association before July 18, 2019(Thursday).
