Newly added coal mines with impact ground pressure are required to reduce

According to National Development and Reform Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Emergency Management and other two departments recently issued the Notice on Strengthening the Source Management of Coal Mines with Impact Ground Pressure (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). The Notice required that the department in charge of energy should strictly control the gates of coal mine construction, minimize the newly added coal mines with impact ground pressure, classify and dispose stock coal mines with impact ground pressure, and accelerate the elimination and withdrawal of outdated production capacity.
