Fujian will phase out coal mines with an annual output of 90,000 tons or below

According to Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the six departments of Fujian Province jointly issued the "2019 Coal De-capacity Work Implementation Plan", which proposed that the coal mines of 90,000 tons/year and below will be basically phased out before the end of 2019.
 
There are two types of coal mines that have been included in the scope of de-capacity in 2019. One is that the Action Plan clearly stated that coal mines with an annual output of 90,000 tons should be withdrawn before the end of 2019. The second is the Notice on Accelerating the closure and withdrawal of backward small coal mines, which was issued by State Administration of Work Safety and other 11 departments, clearly stipulated that 13 types of small coal mines should be closed or eliminated according to law.
