China's railway coal transportation volume down 3.8% in March

According to National Development and Reform Commission, China's railway coal transportation volume was 199 million tons in March, down 3.8% year on year.
 
The cumulative volume of railway coal transportation was 5.97 billion tons in the first quarter of 2019, down 1.4% year on year.
