NDRC abolished Measures for the Supervision of Coal Business

According to National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC), in order to implement the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform of the "distribution service" and accelerating the transformation of government functions, it is now decided to abolish the "Measures for the Supervision of Coal Management" (Order No. 13 of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China, 2014). It implemented from March 28th.
