China's rail coal volume down 8.7% in February

According to National Development and Reform Commission, China's rail coal volume was 172 million tons in February, down 8.7% year on year.

The cumulative volume of China's rail coal volume was 396 million tons in the first two months of 2019, down 0.5% year on year.
