The Office of the Security Council of the State Council and the Ministry of Emergency Management held a video conference to further strengthen safety production work on March 27.
The conference informed the serious blast occurred on March 21 at the Tianjiayi Chemical Plant in Xiangshui county of Jiangsu, profoundly learned the lessons of the accident, and arranged and deployed the current key work of safety production.
The conference called for the comprehensive investigation and rectification of dangerous chemicals safety hazards, and all regions should put the safety of hazardous chemicals in a more prominent position.
The conference called for the strengthening of safety management in other industries such as mines, and the investigation and rectification of targeted safety hazards in coal mines, non-coal mines, firefighting, road traffic, construction and other related fields to prevent accidents.
