Heilongjiang's Rules for the Resumption of Production of Coal Mines

According to Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government, the "Implementation Rules for the Administration of the Resumption of Production of Coal Mines in Heilongjiang Province" was issued recently. For coal mines that fail to pass the inspection, they will not accept the application for resumption of production within 2 months. For coal mines that falsify and deliberately conceal problems, they will no longer accept applications for resumption of production within 6 months, and they will be regarded as key supervision and monitoring targets.
