Shaanxi produced 66.7923 million tons of raw coal in December

According to Shaanxi Administration of Coal Mine Safety, Shaanxi Province produced 66.7923 million tons of raw coal in December, up 5.1056 million tons or 8.28% year on year, and up 7.9726 million tons or 13.55% on the month.


The cumulative volume of Shaanxi's raw coal output was 600.2343 million tons in 2018, up 30.6351 million tons or 5.38% year on year.


Among them, raw coal output of the centrally administered state-owned coal mines was 86.7183 million tons, down 4.9139 million tons or 5.36% year on year. The raw coal output of the provincial coal mines was 134.9699 million tons, up 5.6296 million tons or 4.35% year on year. And the raw coal output of the municipal and county’s coal mines was 385.3732 million tons, up 60.2992 million tons or 18.55% year on year.
 
Shaanxi Province sold 65.0783 million tons of raw coal in December 2018, accounting for 97.43% of the output in the same period.
 
Shaanxi Province sold a total of 587.8061 million tons of raw coal in 2018, accounting for 97.9% of the output in the same period, and up 48.1886 million tons or 8.93% year on year.
 
There were two accidents in all coal mines in Shaanxi Province in December, and 6 people have died. The number of accidents increased by 1 and the death toll increased by 3 year on year.
 
There were 17 accidents and 21 deaths in coal mines in total in Shaanxi Province in 2018. The number of accidents fell by three and the number of deaths was flat year on year. The death rate per million tons was 0.035, down 0.002 year on year.
