Hebei will reduce coal by 9 million tons and coke by 3 million tons in 2019

According to China Securities Journal, Hebei Province will reduce the steel production capacity of 14 million tons, coal production capacity of 9 million tons, cement production capacity of 1 million tons, flat glass production capacity of 6.6 million weight boxes, coke production capacity of 3 million tons, and eliminate 500 thousand kilowatts of thermal power (or adjust to emergency power) in 2019. Focusing on the steel, cement, flat glass, coking, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, the seven key polluting industrial enterprises will be relocated and closed, and enterprises that do not complete the relocation in the time limit will be suspended.
