1. Lulin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. of Huozhou Coal Electicity Group: the joint trial operation of the merger, reorganization and integration project of Pangpangta Coal Mine with 3 million tons/year was postponed until December 31, 2018.

2. Datong Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group: the joint trial operation of the merger, reorganization and integration project of the coal mine with 1.2 million tons / year began on November 30, 2018. The trial operation period is 1 to 6 months, and it should be finished before May 30, 2019.

3. Zhengxin Coal Coke Co., Ltd. of Shanxi Fenxi Mining Group: the joint trial operation of the merger, reorganization and integration project of Heshan Coal Mine with 1.8 million tons/year (initialstage: 600 thousand tons/year) began on November 21, 2018. The trial operation period is 1 to 6 months, and it should be finished before May 21, 2019.

4. Shanxi Lu'an Mining (Group) Co., Ltd.: Gucheng Mine and the supporting coal preparation plant project can start joint trial operation on November 21, 2018. The trial operation period is 1 to 6 months, and it should be finished before May 21, 2019.

5. Shanxi Ningwu Yushupo Coal Industry Co., Ltd.: the joint trial operation of the merger, reorganization and integration project of the coal mine with 1.2 million tons / year began on November 13, 2018. The trial operation period is 1 to 6 months and it should be finished before May 13, 2019.

6. Shanxi Gaoping Kexing Shenjiazhuang Coal Industry Co., Ltd.: the joint trial operation of the merger, reorganization and integration project of the coal mine with 1.2 million tons / year was postponed for three months until February 13, 2019.
