Shanxi ordered 80 coal mines to shut down for rectification from Jan. to Sep.

According to the People's Government of Shanxi Province, Shanxi Administration of Coal Mine Safety has scientifically identified more than 700 coal mines under normal production and construction in the province as class A, B, C and D coal mines according to the order of the degree of safety guarantee from high to low, and carried out classified supervision and accurate law enforcement.
 
The inspectors monitored coal mines totaled at 2,120 times in the first three quarters of this year. They investigated and dealt with 14 687 general accidents and 90 major hidden dangers. Meanwhile, they ordered 80 coal mines to shut down for rectification , and the administrative fine was 123.64 million yuan.
