Hubei takes measures to ensure stable supply of Electric coal in winter peaks

According to the National Development and Reform Commission, Hubei Province, together with other forces, insists on the stable supply of thermal coal as effective grasps for ensuring the stable operation of the economy, and take measures to promote it.
 
First, Hubei Province held special meetings to study and analyze the situation of coal supply in the province, and take effective measures to ensure the stable and orderly coal transportation and supply.
 
Second, Hubei Province strictly implemented the minimum coal inventory system, and improved the fulfillment rate of medium-term and long-term contracts in order to increase coal inventories.
 
Third, Hubei Province actively built an exchange platform of coal production, transportation and needs, strengthening the maintenance of the loading and unloading facilities and equipments, and improved the coal emergency protection plan.
 
Fourth, Hubei Province established the valuable information report and the intercommunication mechanism, and implemented the contact meeting system for ensuring coal supply by coal allocation and transportation in winter peaks.
